Important: It is advisable to confirm a negative antigen result with a PCR test as a negative antigen result does not exclude 100% Covid-19 infection.

Antigen 2 Hours Test Procedure

- Fill in the Form

- Receive your appointment details by email
- Be at the sampling location at the agreed time
- Do not arrive more than 5 minutes before the appointment

- The results are sent in a valid travel certificate in English/Spanish
- The verbal result will be issued 15 minutes* after the sample is taken but the certificate with the result will be issued within 2 hours.
- *The results may be slightly delayed due to high demand and for reasons beyond the control of Instituto Médico Madrid.
Sanitary conditions
- The extraction is carried out by qualified health personnel in approved centres.
- All positive cases are notified to the health authorities as established by the Ministry of Health.
- If you have tested positive, you should go to your assigned health centre.
